USB disks: errors in system log

Using QNX 6.3 w/SP2 still see errors with USB Flash media (SanDisk,
Lexar, SimpleTech). Using USB#189, but still get errors in the system
log, for example:

2 5 0 scsi_interpret_sense: path=0, target=0, lun=0, cam_status=c4,
scsi_status=2
2 5 0 scsi_interpret_sense: error=70, sense=6, asc=28, ascq=0
2 5 0 scsi_interpret_sense: ASC_MEDIUM_CHANGED
2 19 900 umass_bulk_reset: path 0, devno 2
2 5 0 scsi_interpret_sense: path=0, target=0, lun=0, cam_status=44,
scsi_status=0
2 5 0 scsi_interpret_sense: path=0, target=0, lun=0, cam_status=c4,
scsi_status=2
2 5 0 scsi_interpret_sense: error=70, sense=5, asc=0, ascq=0
2 5 0 scsi_interpret_sense: SK_ILLEGAL command 5a in databyte
2 5 0 scsi_interpret_sense: path=0, target=0, lun=0, cam_status=c4,
scsi_status=2
2 5 0 scsi_interpret_sense: error=70, sense=5, asc=0, ascq=0

In general the devices are detected and work well (file read OK, etc)
but the errors are present in the logs.
Some devices are not detected, even though they are formatted the same
as the ones that work (FAT16 or FAT32).

Is anybody seeing similar problems?

The messages are nothing to worry about. They are just saying that the media
has changed and that the device doesn’t support the mode sense command.
