An install form this CD does not detect the pcnet (pcnet32 as visible in Linux) NIC interface? Any ideas how to make it work?

Again, the system boots fine.
#io-ionet /x86/lib/dll/devn-cpnet.so -ptcpip
No errors, but command ifconfig -a, only shows interface lo.

do You have device en0, enX in io-net ?
ls -l /dev/io-net/en*
?
There is no entry for en* in /dev/io-net, the entries I found are:
ip0
ip_en
ipv6_en
