The Code Coverage tool that is included in Momentic might prove useful.
There are books on the subject. This issue is unrelated to QNX and you will probably find more information by looking at a more suitable. The subject is too large to answer, you didn’t specified if you want to do unit test, component test, stress test, integration test, etc.
