the problem happened during create a new project!

Hi,erveryone
I met two problems under IDE. when I create a new project , after setting
the build variants,I press finish button.At this time ,my system gets into creating the project.But it use too long time to finish creating.I wait for it about 10 minutes,but it still seemed like stop and no answer.The CPU state is idle.
Another problem is when I save a file in IDE.It also no answer for a very long time.And the CPU state is busy.

Why this situations happened?If anyone has idea,please tell me.

Does your new Project has already imported code?
If it has, your using autobuild?
May your Build-Action takes pretty long
