Where to get QNX6.2 Momentics NC?

I want to run 6.2 Momentics on my laptop, but I don’t know where to download a copy of it. I’m running the 6.3SP2 right now, but my machine is slow (256RAM, 1.8GHz).

I very much doubt you will see a performance difference with 6.2 compare to 6.3SP2. In fact if you are using the IDE I wouldn’t be surprise if 6.2 ends up being slower.
