SQLite3

Has anyone compiled SQLite3.3.x for QNX 6.3. I am trying out a demo and need to have data transparency between windows and QNX. I don’t really want to run SQLite 2.7.x that is included in the installation apps. Doing this would mean an overhaul on my Windows software.

Any info on how to compile the newer source or where to find binaries would be great.

It’s not great etiquette to post a reply to your own post. However, I did get this working. What I did was download the zip file that is commented as follows:

This ZIP archive contains pure C source code for the SQLite library. Unlike the tarballs below, all of the preprocessing and automatic code generation has already been done on these C source code, so they can be processed directly with any ordinary C compiler. This file is provided as a service to MS-Windows users who lack the build support infrastructure of Unix.

I was then able to build the library and link to this library. I downloaded and compiled the source code for V3.3.13 for those interested. Now I can play nicely with Windows.
