i got an error opening a terninal-qnsi-m when i try to open fdisk command.What do we mean by that error.?

What error did you get?

Try this:

find /usr/lib/terminfo | grep qansi-m

If you get nothing, your problem is that the terminfo information is missing.

You can still use fdisk, but you will not be able to use it in full screen mode.
Start with:

fdisk query -T
