I have a single unit configured with all aplications. I would like to copy this disk to multipe units. Any sugestions?

Do a search on this site, this question has been answered a thousand time.
I have looked all morning and I could not find any think that will relate to cloning en existing CF and running it on another unit. I also have to update the key. I have used ghost to mirror a CF and i boot but it does not go to OS. My main goal is to take my Tested CF disk and copy it to 200 units. I am really new to QNX and Linux. I greatly appreciate your help.
