I need a traffic controller code in qnx. If anyone can code it let me know, i’ll mail you the specifications ad requirements.

Maybe you can be a little more specific about what you mean by traffic controller code? Is this code that, for example, controls the Red/Yellow/Green lights at an intersection?
Hahahaha, hit register 1 = green, hit register 2 = yellow, hit register 3 = red, hit register 4 = Big Crash at Crossroad ^^
I think he means a trafficshaper for tcp/ip and udp connections 
something like QoS(w/ ToS and applicationbased rules)
sounds fun and a lot of work
