GRUB and QNX 6.2.1

Hello :stuck_out_tongue:

I used to multiboot windows and QNX with the Smart Boot Manager. I worked fine.
Now, I added Linux and, due to my unusual config (Linux is on part 2 of a RAID drive,
QNX is on part 3 of the first drive,) , I switched to GRUB (v0.93).

I read the docs and I saw that chainloader +4 must be used for QNX. Indeed, it starts
booting correctly, but QNX then hangs while probing EIDE devices :frowning:

Has anyone succeeded in booting QNX 6.2.1 with GRUB?
Any idea to solve this problem

I also tried with LILO: same thing, QNX freezes while probing the EIDE devicesā€¦

Iā€™ve seen some places mentioning ā€œchainloader +4ā€ for booting qnx, but I have been using ā€œchainloader +1ā€ in grub since QNX 6.2.0 and never had a problem.

Iā€™ve also been using chainloader +1 (mostly because I was too lazy to read any docs, and just copied and pasted the stuff I had set up for XP). Works fine with 6.2.1.
