My target runs in Dimmpc 520 AMD 586 133Mhz with QNX Neutrino 6.3.0. The issue is when i connect to this target using telnet client(Putty) via Ethernet interface, and my application prints too much caused io-net died. Could you help me explain the caution of this issue and how to fix it?

Most likely a bug fix in later version of QNX or a hardware problem.
