Hello, I’m trying to start in the QNX OS but I can’t install it. I already install the QNX Momentics Development Suite for windows and now I want to install the full 6.3.2 RTOS but when I boot from CD appears: “Hit Esc for .altboot……………………………………………………….fail” and I have to reboot the PC because any key works.
I try to follow the installation guide for the BIOS settings but I don’t see anything strange. If you need more information tell me what exactly you need.
Sorry if it’s a stupid question but this OS is new for me.

the quick start guide says that you must boot the pc from the QNX Momentics Development Suite for Neutrino .
I burn the image of the Neutrino and uses that CD to boot, but fails 
I had that issue with Kubuntu ISOs once. It turned out that the CDs were burnt at too high a speed. Be sure you burn the CD at very slow speed.
I’m using an old RW CD with 10x max speed, Nero has 16x min speed and because of the CD it’s limited to 10x…i’ll try with a normal CD at 16x, maybe with a bit of luck…
no, i’m not lucky today…the normal cd doesn’t work… I tried on other 2 PCs and the same error: “fail”
