QNX and RS 232 connection with Windows XP

I have installed QNX as using VMWARE, I have Embedded board 6.2.1with QNX and I want to transfer file from VMWARE (where I have installed QNX) to another PC Windows XP.How can I do , Anyone can help me.I have try qtalk but could not get success.

Well using ftp or a similar network utility is an obvious route. If the file is small and you have a floppy, you could write to it in DOS format. If it is big and the network is too slow (hard to imagine these days) you could format a FAT32 partition and use that for transfer.
