How to read pdf in qnx 4.0?
Sorry, sarswati, I think you’re out of luck. Heck, you’d be lucky to get PDF in 6, much less 4.
You could set up a web server, use Batik to serve of JPEGs of the PDF screens to a browser on the QNX 4 box. Of course, you could also just put a Windows / Mac / Linux box next to the QNX box.
Sometime back, I mentioned on this forum that I wanted to view PDFs on a QNX machine. The reaction I got was that any person whoever even CONSIDERED the idea is a complete moron who can’t tie their own shoelaces, much less be trusted with vector graphics.

Read the thread, i think you’re exaggerating just a bit here.
ghostscript?
It’s ugly, but it works -sort of!

I have never exaggerated anything in my entire life!!!

I just got xpdf building in the pkgsrc HEAD_641 branch.
I don’t know if it works yet though. Maybe I’ll have xtang
try it the next time he fires up his native xorg port, I
haven’t tried the latter as it only has a native vmware
video driver. The point is things are coming along. Feel
free to pitch in if you’re interested

I’d like to, but I don’t have 6.4.x. I also think I’d be a bit out of my depth. I can write a half-way decent C/C++ QNX application with or without Photon, but I know nothing about X or X applications.
Good luck, though!
