QNX port for Nios II

Hi community,

  1. There is a QNX port for Nios II embedded processor core?

  2. if it doesn’t exist, i’m interested in developing this port using the downloaded source code from QNX site. There are issues related to licence in this case?.

  3. How can i start my port development? where is the documentation? Which files are processor dependent?.

Alex,

At best QNX will only be available/port to the NIOS II/f because of the need for an MMU. So make sure this is the version of the processor you are planning to use

There are rumours of a port that exists, done by or for Altera. Contact your QNX rep, he may be able to find out.
