Where can I download QNX 4.22 ?

Legally you cannot.

And why would you want to. Not only is it not only a previous version of QNX, it is a very old version of that generation. I think may still have relied on 16 bit device drivers, just to give you some perspective.

That means it works on a 80286 processor. Yikes.
