Can anybody recommend an arm9 processor card? It is urgent.

Hi,

I am looking for a small size ARM9 processor card for my project, here is my requirements:

  1. CPU: arm9 processor, working frequency shall be 200MHz or higher
  2. Memory: 256MB NandFlash, 64MB SDRAM
  3. Supports Linux
  4. RTC, with backup battery
  5. GPIO at least 16
  6. Power supply: 5V or 3V operation
  7. size: shall be no larger than 55x60mm

If you find any processor card which might be suitable for the above requirements, please share your answer here, thank you.
