Can tcp/ip and QNET share the same network link?

I am a new user. QNET is a good network for realtime control. But the machine should not only communicate with the machine(qnx) but also with the one (windows). I wonder if I can enable the two kind of networks through the same network interface and transmit different data?

Yes, and you can also choose whether qnet rides over IP or directly on ethernet frames using the bind=ip|en option to qnet.
