I get the following error messages when I try to access news.qnx.com:

‘480 Authentication required for command’, Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 480, Error Number: 0x800CCCA4

Has the news server been set to disallow public read access?

I believe they archived its contents and all news messages should be through
qdn.public.* groups on inn.qnx.com
You’ll see posts on these new groups about where the archives are
