Just happened upon RTP and downloaded it.
Now got it installed “alongside” my Win '95 platform.
Would like to also testdrive PhAB.
Is there a free download of PhAB?
And if yes, how do I get it installed if my download
goes into the Win '95 platform?

Yes.

You boot the RTP you just downloaded, login as root,
run the small little “Package Mgr” program on the
“shelf”, and target it to “QNX Repository”.
You then can download a lot of additional “packages”
including “PhAB” (I think it’s in Photon Development
package)
