QNX Launches New Developer Alliance Program

December 13, 2000 - In response to the thousands of developers who wish to
write or port commercial software applications for the fast-growing QNX®
community, QNX Software Systems today launched the new QNX Developer
Alliance program.

Upon joining the program, which costs only $249 US, developers receive a
commercial license to develop and sell applications that run on the QNX
realtime platform. They also receive introductory support and a discount on
training. In addition, members can take advantage of a variety of services -
including free web listings and a new QNX library on Tucows - to promote and
distribute their products.
