We are using the Nuetrino 2.0 and going to install the audio driver.
But I can’t find the driver of audio. From the free direcotry in qnx ,
I got the linux audio driver ALSA and installed it.
Now, what should I do for the audio player or audio programming ?
If I want to make audio application program , some information is need to
me.
For example, name of audio driver, how to control the device driver and so
on.
But I can not find the information in a on-line documents or supports.
If some examples for the neutrino , please let me get it.
Are there other audio drivers for neutrino except ALSA ?

In the archives you downloaded from QUICS there are some sample
of how to play and record audio files.
The archives is based on ALSA2, you should be able to find plenty of
information
on the web about it since it’s based on Linux.

If you want to run on RTP you will need the ALSA 5 drivers. These have been
in baselines since QNX2000. We will post the source for these shortly.
The Audio Programmers Guide for RTP is under the helpviewer if you
get an archive of the RTP data 27 Jul 00 or later. IE…we just put it in.
It should have all you need to get going.

I was wondering if the ALSA drivers had already been ported to QNX 4.25 (as
have the ALSA 2)?
Maybe you have the answer?
I tried ALSA 2 on my PC but my soundcard is not among those supported… too
bad!
