There is a QNX4 demo disk at www.qnx.com.

But I get the impression this is not what you
are looking for…

I can only answer wait till end of summer

Hopefully in September you can get it at get.qnx.com.

Avec un peu de chance tu le trouveras sur get.qnx.com en
septembre.
