Tk

I looking for a version of Tk which would work with Photon. I need to
develop a simple GUI. Tk would be perfect but I don’t have a x-windows
tool kit

If you want Tk bad enough, you can install QNXfree86 and have X-windows
to run it on.

i think qnx needs a language binaries department

assuming the anxfree86 install went smoothly (something i have doubts about)
the next hurdle is to compile tk on it. first error that comes up with will
be a big brick wall to the non c/c++ programmer…

I believe that if you can get QnxFree to work, you will be able to
get help on the tcl/tk side.

Tk/Tcl 8.3.2 works great on QNX 4.
Been using for almost a year now.
I posted a “building Tk/Tcl on QNX” message here a few months ago. Let me know
if you can’t find it.
