I’m searching for a box offering multiple RS232 serial ports and connected
using ethernet. Of course, with QNX4.2x drivers.
Anybody using such a thing ? With any success ?

You could always build your own. A small PC (possibly pc/104), with
a multiport serial card and an ethernet card running QNX seems like it
would meet your requirements. You could boot off a flash disk for better
reliability.
