Shared printers on NT

I recently had a problem while running QNX 4.24 and SMBfsys on a
network with an NT server. I was able to see the shared NT disk areas,
but not a shared printer. Interestingly, I had the same problem running
Windows 98 on the same network; 98 could not find the shared printer,
just the shared disk areas. I’ve been told that this is a typical
problem with NT and Win 98, but I hadn’t heard of it happening with
QNX. Other NT boxes on the same network could see all shared resources
just fine. I don’t know what version of NT we are running, but could
easily find out if it’s an issue.

Any comments would be appreciated. This is mainly a minor annoyance,
but it would be nice to know what is happening, and even better if I
could fix it.
