ethernet broadcast

I am seeing two of my two QNX machines putting a “broadcast” onto my network
addressed to MAC 02:00:00:00:00:00. Does anyone know what this is? It is not
a normal ethernet broadcast, but it appears to be able to get through my
switches anyway (at least 2 levels of switches). It shows up about once per
second per machine.

What version of QNX are you running on those machines? What have you setup
as far as networking components on those machines? Have you installed any
non-QSSL software on those machines, and if so, what?

4.25 with TCP/IP Sockets installed. No these are embedded boards they use
the QNX TCPIP stack for communication. Other QNX options maybe turned on
(netboot maybe?) but no 3rd party software.
