Video installation.

QNX RTP keeps trying to use the VESA driver
for my video card, even though I’ve got a RivaTNT.
It runs crttrap, detects the RivaTNT, but
then says “Alloc mem failed” and switches to the
VESA driver. However, it gives and alloc mem
failed after this too. When I looked at the device.map
file for crttrap, I notices that it doesn’t include
definitions for the TNT. I downloaded RTP on the 25th,
so might it be an incomplete file? I’m really new to this,
so I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem with a NEOMAGIC 128ZV… crttrap return
the correct video card, but not enable it !?
PS : the same for network card… nettrap return : io-net -del509, but
if you look in the trap file you have no reference for the 3COM 3C509 !!

So keep me in touch If you have any tips… !

Thanks

(On a second computer my TNT2ULTRA work fine tell me if you want any
information…)
