QNX for free - Uptime

I just installed the “free version” of QNX on an ancient IBM PC.

Now I’m wondering : most of the tools I’m used to from unix/linux are
readily available, but I can’t seem to find an “uptime” function - is
there no easy way to see how long ago QNX was booted ?

(I know I can get the date for the last startup - but I’m too lazy to
create a perl script to calculate the time passed since then).
