I get “Connection Refused” every time I try to connect to the QNX
Repository. Guess to many tries to connect! 
So, any mirrors out there?
seems like your package manager can't go over firewall... yo uhave to connect
it to proxy ... find "Options" and setup it for proxy IP address and port...
