Linux equivalent files for terminal driver needed

Hi,
I would like to know the if Linux equivalent files for the following
Linux header files are present in QNX??
Files are <linux/tty.h>
<linux/termios.h>
<linux/tty_driver.h>
<linux/tty_ldisc.h>

If so, which are those files and where I could find them??

#include <ncurses.h> is the closet you will get.
