Any known problem using ClockCycles() in a ISR with NTO2?

I am trying to measure precisely an interrupt speed using ClockCycles()
function in NTO2.

I often get big errors (with int under 5kHz)

Any idea?

What type of errors.
What interrupt level is this
What type of hardware.
What are you doing in the interrupt
