This depends on what you mean be “QNX” Do you mean QNX (no J9 for
this), Neutrino (J9 for Neutrino 2.0) or QNX RTP (J9 for Neutrino
2.1).

I think this link is for the 2.0 Neutrino x86 j9. This may or may not
work well with RTP (which is Neutrino 2.1).

You might also want to try the beta preview of personal configuration
for j9 found at http://www.embedded.oti.com/download/tech005.html.
There is a j9 for RTP (Nto 2.1) in this download. Also included is a
beta of “Personal Configuration” (AWT, RMI and Java Beans).

Note that the link is a bit confusing. You have to choose between
Windows or Linux development platforms (i.e. whether you get a zip or
tar). Once you unzip, you’ll get the VM and class libs for J9 RTP.
