The computer setting is like:
Primary Master : CD-ROM
Primary Slave : Quantum 850Mb
When I used Fsys.eide detect both devices, system can find both devices.
→ hd0 = CD-ROM, hd1 = harddisk
But, then it say
“is your drive 810 mbs containing,
810 C, 64 H, 32 S (y/n)??”
This information is wrong, it should be 1646,16,63.
I guess it maybe the information about CD-ROM, …
Would anyone help me??

Switch them around, put the ide harddrive as master.
Put the CDROM as slave, this way the MBR is on the primary
device (the harddrive), it has to be like this in order for it to work.
thanx

Yes Switch them.
Also: The drive configuration is switched because you have drive mapping enabled in the BIOS (Auto,
LBA, or Large instead of Normal). LBA is best if drive has more than 1024 cylinders, as QNX4.25 can
only boot consistantly is the boot partition is within first 1024 cylinders. LBA mode remaps the
parameters for the drive so cylinders is always below 1024.
If you want to change modes, delete ALL partitions on the drive first, then in the BIOS change to
either Normal or LBA (or Auto which defaults to Normal if cylinders < 1024, and LBA if >1024)
