I have downloaded the QNX RTP , and I like it, I would like to buy QNX 4 ,
but I cannot find prices and all the site worldwide they say download RTP ,
but where I can buy the QNX 4 only 1 licence for just personal use and
discovery ?

QNX4 and QNXRTP are two different things. First decide which
want you need, then check out list of distributor on www.qnx.com
and find the nearest one.

If you like RtP and you want to use it only for personal use and
discovery, then just go on and use it. QSSL is seeking to develop
a greater mindshare, just go with it 
Only if you want to ship a
revenue generating (i.e. commercial) product, do you need to
license the development system.
btw: QNX 4 is a different product than RtP.
