help - anybody using qnxrtp and t-online in germany?

hi,
i normally use the dialer to establish a connection to my ISP - everything works fine. Today I changed my ISP, I tried to use t-online in germany - but unfurtunatly I was not successful.
The terminal showed the following messages:

connect 31200/lapm/v42bis
Link Established
Negotiating PPP connection
pppd[1245218-1]: pppd 2.3.5 started by mkummer, uid 100
pppd started

pppd[1245218-1]:Remote message: Zugriff verweigert
pppd[1245218-1]:PAP authentication failed

I haven’t any problems with the combination T-Online as ISP and Voyager
of QNX RTP. It seems that your access code has the wrong form.

Try the following settings in QNX RTP | Network Cfg |
TCP/IP Configuration | Dial-Ups:

Phone numbers: 0191011
Login Type: Automatic (PAP/CHAP)
Name: <Mitbenutzer/Suffix>
Password:

and have 12 digits;
<Mitbenutzer/Suffix> has 4 digits.
has 8 digits.
Name doesn’t contain blanks or any other white spaces.

Example for Name: aaaaaaaaaaaattttttttttttmmmm
Example for Password: xxxxxxxx
