QNX RTP and local bus

I install Qnx RTP on a old 486, but all device installed on local bus
and ISA bus dont recognize.

Is it normal?

Just my opinion, but there is no obvious reason why this would
be so. There was no special setup of the Local bus hardware.
It should look just like an ISA bus as far as QNX is concerned.
I ran QNX4 and QNX2 on local bus systems without incident.

Hardware that is local bus or ISA won’t be auto-detected in some
cases. You can’t query those buses they way you can a PCI bus,
and this may cause some problems.

Can you specify which devices? Since you installed it, I assume it
detects the hard drive, which is accessed through a device on one of
the buses. (Therefor, it can’t be true that ALL devices are not
recognised.)
