QNX 2.something corruption ?

'Lo all,

We have QNX 2.something on an old P.C. and I think it is showing signs of
hard disc curruption, how can I check within QNX if that is indead the
problem ?

There should be a dcheck (for checking for bad blocks) and a chkfsys
(or something similar, check the docs) for check for filesystem
integrity. At least, they are part of a standard (full) install,
many VARs/OEMs shipped stripped down systems, which might not
neccessarily have all utilities.

$ chkfsys 3

or to see if you have bad sectors

$ dcheck 3
