intelligent multiport PC/104

Hi,

I am looking for a intelligent and/or high performance multiport (8)
RS232 adapter for PC/104. ConnectText Xtreme looks ok, but
is not intelligent. Are there any intelligent PC/104 cards on the
market at all?

To clarify what I’d like to have:

8 serial ports. At least two able to run 460kbit/s.
An onboard controller which can be programmed to parse the incoming
streams (or just emulate a standard UART with 100-200bytes FIFO).
Incoming messages will be put in a memory, mapped into the
host’s memory space. Then (and not sooner) the host will be notified with
an IRQ.

Any suchlike beasts out there? A four port solution would still be interesting.
