LAPACK and optimized BLAS

Hi,

anybody who have succeeded in compiling the LAPACK code
with the Intel PentiumII optimized (Linux ELF) BLAS libraries?
I am getting halfway through, but got stuck on an unresolved
function call: CBLAS_CallFromC.
