Installing QNX 6.2.1 and PCI IDE controller

I have a problem installing QNX 6.2.1 on a harddisk which is connected to Promise Ultra100TX2 PCI IDE controller card. As the motherboard only has ATA/66 bus, my disk is connected to the supposedly faster ATA/100 card (though I haven’t tested yet if there even is a difference  ). The installation program flatly refuses to even find the harddisk. This is the first time I’m trying QNX out, so I don’t have the experience to tweak the installation procedure.

The hardware, should it affect the problem:
MSI 694X Pro-AR (VIA82C686)
Dual Pentium III 700 MHz
512 MB PC-133
The aforementioned Promise controller
Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 160 GB

Running QNX live from the CD works nicely indeed. Another difficulty I’ve encountered is that the live version doesn’t detect my NIC. How does one go about adding hardware drivers in QNX? I bet there’s plenty of documentation about this somewhere, but I’m in a bit of a hurry now. Could you point me at the docs?

I think that controller card is not supported in QNX 6.2.1. Can you try QNX 6.3?

The network card fail is an oddity of 6.2.1 only.
