I used VIM…) and left unanswered.
Here it is: I need to remotely connect
from a QRTP terminal to a SunOs text application.
The application queries the terminal for its
answerback with ^E (\005), i.e., echo “\005”
should return the terminal id. I haven’t found
anything on the possibility of setting/programming
a QRTP terminal answerback, neither for text nor
for Photon type. Can it be achieved by a terminfo
(re)definition? Or perhaps do you know a terminal
emulation program for QRTP with that ability?
