386 on QNX

Hi:

I’ve had some exposure to QNX a few years back. I’ve recently started
looking at it again as I’m trying to convince my employer to look seriously
at it for a fairly substantial data aquisition system. I’ve got the RTP
download, but this appears to be something “more” than the the microkernel.
Specifically, I want to be able to put it onto a 386, just to fool with to
recall command structures, networking stuff etc. Is that possible? Would the
RTP run on such an old system? If not, is it possible to get an older
version?

TIA

QNX 4.25 will work on a 386 but the CPU is a little underpowered
for most applications. I don’t know about the RTP version.
