Hi,
Has anyone successfully complied Apache, MySQL and PHP and WU-FTPd in QNX?
If so can you tell me how to do this so it works… (I’m not so god at Unix
so I could use some help)…
The problem I encounter is that the configure script is unable to guess host
type then it extits, How do I do to get it work?

I do not think it will solve all the problems with each of the packages you
listed but …
In order to properly ./configure the build you will need a new config.sub
and config.guess. These you can download from ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/config
