When i try to install Patch E, QNX installer removes old binaries (Patch D) and
stop right there. As a result, my system isn’t upgraded but degraded (i get the defaults
binaries…) and i have to reinstall PatchD…
Any clues?

I install patchE without any problems. It is possible that you get
qnxPatchE.tarx file with error, try to get it again.
