How do you setup a modem to dial into a QNX2 system.

The modem is an eternal unit connected to a standard 9 pin serial
connection.

I would like to be able to access the system as if I were in sitting in the
front of the PC e.g a text based console and have the ability to transfer
files to and from the file system.
