How to build QNX 6.30 installation disk

Our company developed applications running on QNX OS. We have purchased QNX 6.3 standard Edition and our customers have purchased the runtime licence for it without developement environment. To distribute our software, we have to burn a disk of the run-time environment of QNX so that the customer could install the QNX OS on their machine.

Could anybody give me an idea of how to start? (build OS image, installation disk…) I am quite new to QNX.
