The "sin in" answers bad speed info

It seems to me, that “sin in” command can not
handle P3 computers faster then 600 MHz.
For 600 MHz computers the speed number is
about 63000, for faster computers the number
overflows (for example 19000 for a 800 MHz
computer instead of 84000)

It may do so – but unlike QNX2 this number is not
actually used for anything other than presenting an
“estimate” of the speed of the computer. So, while
it may look a little odd, it should not affect the
operation of the OS.
