security

Hi,

I’m a newby in QNX. I have to do a paper about it.
Is there any security in qnx, like WIN NT/2000.
Or is it like win9x/ME: everbody is welcme?

thank You

QNX is a POSIX-compliant OS. This means it belongs to
the UNIX (extended) family along with Linux, *BSD, Mac OS X,
Solaris, AIX, HP/UX, etc. QNX uses the same basic security
mechanisms that other POSIX OSes use. QNX lacks some of the
more advanced features, such as PAM on Linux and access control
lists on Solaris.
