I am installing QNX RTP 6.0 on an old K6 166. It does have PS/2 mouse
hardware in the MB but, like a lot of these old MBs, there is no cable
to run the port out to the back of the machine. Instead of trying to
find pinouts for the connector I attached a Logitech Serial mouse.
Photon won’t find it. Am I missing something?
I’m new to QNX as well. When I installed QNX 6 with Photon I had to use an
MS mouse to get it to work correctly. I initially tried a Logitech mouse…
to no avail. When I plugged in the MS mouse on the x86 based platform it
worked fine… I’m assuming they have a generic mouse driver and perhaps
this doesn’t work with the Logitech version.
